kEMO victimFor starters, lemme’ just say that I don’t have anything against ‘’GOOD'’ OPM music but stuff like these really makes you puke a little bit.
Just when I thought listening to an hour-long of screaming emotional bullshit that kids nowadays call as ‘’modern rock'’ is SUFFERING enough, along comes RAPpublic of the Philippines.
I can acknowledge the fact that these retards TRIED their best to come up with a decent album but man, I instantly knew that this will be a damn drag to listen to. With groups calling themselves, ‘’Kamandag ng Marikina'’ and ‘’Koponan ni Batute,'’ you just know that these guys must’ve been on crack or something.
I almost feel ashamed for the rap gods of today like Eminem and Busta Rhymes that an album like this steaming pile of horseshit exists, calling itself rap. I never heard anything CLOSE that can resemble rap, all I heard was a bunch of guys talking crap, and then making sure that each word in the last stanzas rhyme.
With lines like, ‘’Simula ng makilala ka ako ay laging masaya. Para bang ang buhay ko’y nagkaroon ng sigla,'’ it’s like listening to someone talk nonsense without any attempt whatsoever in trying to bring up any resemblance to a goddamn point.
THIS IS NOT RAP. Lemme’ make that one clear. Hell, with the way the stupid album sounds, I couldn’t call it music either. It’s like listening to someone sing, ‘’So long, and goodnight'’ a couple of times and then bash a guy’s ear with one loud scream. No music. Just nonsense.
At least it’s better than listening to a godforsaken album where you’ll only hear loud guitar chords and drum cymbals. Hell, you need a cryptologist just to determine what in the hell are those suppose to be ‘’rock bands'’ are trying to sing.
I can appreciate OPM music from Bamboo and of course, Wolfgang but RAPpublic of the Philippines just plain… Well… SUCKS.
If you like rap, go with guys like Eminem, Fifty and Sosodef. If you’ve been riding jeepneys for too damn long and all you can say every five minutes is, ‘’Kailangan pa bang i-memorize yan?'’ then buy this one.

SURE… Whatever. And I\’m all that just because I don\’t dig stupid OPM albums like that? Jeez… Now that\’s a pathetic excuse.
I\’m sick of dumbasses like you. I don\’t like this stupid album or any of that emo crap. DEAL WITH IT. It doesn\’t make me a racist or any less of a Filipino. It\’s my opinion and I couldn\’t care less what you think of it.
Can\’t handle it? Shoot yourself in the head with a magnum.
correct me if wrong but aren’t EM & 50 HIPHOP?
While I agree the rap songs here are mostly cheesy/cliche - I disagree that it has to be put down like that - it’s an OPM effort, I would at least give it a passing grade for the EFFORT.
Loonie of the Stick Figgas… lupet rin….
Rap public 1 puro novelty.. kakasawa, parang paulit-ulit lang mga kanta…. love, love, love… nag improve na sila sa Rap public 2
rap sucks…..
i dont see any concern to the OPM about ur blog. Ur just saying what you want to say what u think of. and basically you dont like hip hop song/rap songs!which is really base on your words. So bashing this album doesnt make you right either. y dont u just support ang sariling atin..hehhe..
though ive heard new rap groups now..and i must say stick figgas is one of them..
for the new bands i think 10th street will make it..
i am one of the champions there on that circus… my lyrics were printed, but my voice is not there… it just made the hiphop community hurt with this… even if we won and we really needed cash those days, we swallowed pride as “practioners” to “novelty” rap. and boy, that aint the culture we know. it’s been years now, but the scar of that event is still clear… now my former group made a “label” called sigaw ng tundo… they glorify gangs, violence and make love tracks… ironic and funny… hope that the glory days of hip-hop be back… and dont do cracks or the like… koponan ni batute is named after Jose Corazon de Jesus’s pen name “huseng batute” who is an entertainer/poet of his time… Jose Corazon de Jesus is gifted with talent.
